Postage Times

We’ll aim to get your print to you as soon as we can but timing can be affected by print and postage delays.
All parcels are fully tracked to delivery point. Signature on delivery.

UK delivery aim: 5 working days
Europe delivery aim: 10 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 14 working days

International shipping

Prints are shipped using a tracked and signed service. The recipient is responsible for paying any taxes and duties on delivery.

Returns

You have 14 days from when your print arrives to return it for a full refund if you’re not happy for any reason.
Use the contact form or email info@sluicebox.co.uk for a return address. 
Cost of return postage is not covered and is the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is recommended as we won’t provide refunds for lost items.
Bespoke sizes are non-refundable.
